* Remove the battery from the phone and insert it again.
* Connect usb

Recover IMEI code after flashing through Flashtool

* Download restore_imei.zip
* unzip the file restore_imei.zip
* Open Notepad (or another text editor) file run.bat
* Place yur device IMEI and save the document

5] Now Go to Details Tab and Check Device id .
6] Now Open Driver Folder.u will get "cdc-acm " file.
7] Open This file with Note Pad.
8] And Type Your Device Id at any Location Of Device List.
9] Save this " cdc-acm " file.
10] Now Update Your Driver Manually.

Connect your phone in USB debugging mode.
give driver USB_Host_Driver_v2.0.3 - Download
check it in Device manager
open QPST Configarition and press Add New Port

check port is Enable
in QPST Configuration click Start Clients and open Software Download
now we need a good phone to backup QCN file.
i do it in maximus max403 for requested maximus BD service engineers.
