China android running Qual-comm cpu unknown base-band/imei null/solution.

we can repair Qualcomm imei null easily.but when base band is unknown we

can't repair imei.

first download QPST toolQPST_2.7.422 - Download
and install it.

now open QPST tool

Connect your phone in USB debugging mode.
give driver USB_Host_Driver_v2.0.3 - Download
check it in Device manager

open QPST Configarition and press Add New Port

select QC Diagnostic port in picture and press ok.

check port is Enable

in QPST Configuration click Start Clients and open Software Download

now we need a good phone to backup QCN file.
i do it in maximus max403 for requested maximus BD service engineers.
he give me two phone, one ok,another unknown Baseband.
